Food for thought.....or thinking of food?

Nothing profound. Nothing philisophical. Just food. Lots and lots of food.

I'm awake, I'm awake

It doesn't happen frequently, but it still does happen.

I'm refering to people calling me over my handphone within 2 hours after I've woke up. Normally right after a person wakes up, the throat muscles are quite 'inflexible' because it hasn't been in use for several hours straight (unless you talk in your dreams). Thus you can't coordinate them well until they've warmed up sufficiently, just like not able to run a race at optimum performance without proper warm up.

So when people call me within 2 hours after I've just woke up, it sounds as though I was awakened by the ring of my handphone. No don't worry, I don't have a habit of waking up late. It's just that my voicebox hasn't opened up completely yet.

The same goes when I have cough or sore throat. I only need to sleep about 7 hours a day. No worries, ok?

Somehow I get this feeling that no one believes me. Just to prove my point, click here (takes a while to download) and you'll find out for yourself.
