Why haven't you been blogging?
People actually ask me this question. And I thought the answer would be obvious - what's there to blog about when all I do is stay at home and play my silly computer games over and over again?
Ok, if I really wanted to blog, I can write about boring stuff like how many times I breathed today. Or how I decided to pick up monster killing again. Or how I relived my childhood days of taking baby steps by trying to walk around without my crutches.
Anyway, something a little more interesting happened today. A few friends came over to my place to visit me, and asked if I wanted to catch a movie together at Lot 1. Yes, catching a show starting in 15 minutes time at 9.15 pm is pretty exciting compared to what I've been doing for the past few weeks. I decided to join them.
We were a little late for the show, but I guess it didn't quite matter. Deja vu is a movie that crosses science fiction with sherlock holmes, and the 1st 10 minutes was probably spent on some minor introduction that we could afford to miss. I feel that the best part of the whole movie is that you didn't know it is sci-fi (if you happened to be misinformed) until halfway through the show. What can be a better 'twist' than that?
I really can't keep up with late nights any more, that operation must have made me aged quite a bit. Time to get knocked out.
