Appraisal report
To the Mechanical Engineer graduates '05 of NUS, this title should ring a bell. If not, the term "pipe-crawler" should.
During this time of the year, every staff in my company has to do appraisals (for self and for peers), and of course, it affects everyone's pay. However, I think all the politics in my company is PEANUTS (if I may use such an adjective) as compared to the 'mind games' my design project group members were playing with one another more than a year back.
Yup, doing this report now doesn't stress me as much as it did before.

Teach me how to write self-appraisal leh, it's also around that time of the year for us, haha.
