Stops all idiots in an area from talking.
Just like those Viet Congs who fought against the terrorists (or counter-terrorists) in Sector (cluster) 7, the 'NTU intruders' (actually they're just people without matric cards) that like to enter and exit the different sectors ever so often, lovey-dovey couples that love to whiper sweet nothings (none too loudly) to each other, girls who can't stop giggling for some reason or another, and not forgetting the friendly neighbourhood exchange students who are ever so willing to share the beautiful sounds coming from whatever programs they're running on their computers.
Sounds like I have a long hate list. Don't mind me, I'm just bored from studying. No offense to anyone.
