'Logic' of the day
- The only way to get filing (of documents) done, is to do more filing.
- You can't sit in the middle of a cross-fire without being shot at - not even if you're completely neutral.
Just to clarify on the first point, to get filing done is to complete the job so that one can stop doing it. But if the way to complete the work is to do more of it, then how can the work ever be completed?

Alright, I shall put it in a way you can understand. Imagine doing system defragmentation with programs running in the background. What happens to the system then?
The thing about analogy is that u understand the analogy but dunno how to link it to the "filing" u r refering to...
guess u can only understand when u r actually doing it.
hmm, if my science still haven't fail me completely, the solution for your filing problem is as follows:
you have to reach absolute speed to do all the filing and clear till the last constantly generating doc. Then reach critical mass, and constantly filing at the same rate as new docs are released, in order to maintain 0 pending docs to be filed...

It's is my belief that no one in the company can file any faster than I can. Which means the filing is carried out at max speed.
The filing has already reached critical mass - the cabinet will burst if I attempt to squeeze any more documents in.
However, the number of documents pending filing is never 0.
Thus, my conclusion is... *Mission Impossible music starts playing* this is a job for Tom Cruise.
