A rewarding day
I had went out today to get a much needed pair of leather shoes for my coming FYP presentation. Yup, I managed to get my shoes, a pair of Rockport black and relatively glossy laced shoes, which felt so light that I almost thought I was wearing track shoes.
I had also learnt today, that there is a very complicated web of relationship within the entire cohort of Engineering undergrads (for my batch only). Very much akin to the kind found in some Hong Kong dramas.
There was this "live concert" going on at Fajar this evening, featuring quite a lot of celebrities but the only ones I know of are Li Sengjie, Cai Lilian, Wu Yue Tian (aka Mayday), Fan Weiqi. Anyway, I reached Fajar at around 11.30 pm, which was nearing the end of the concert, and I managed to catch Mayday's performance. Saving the best for the last. Thankfully, the weather tonight was perfect, save for the chilling wind that was constantly sweeping through the performance area. I managed to find a relatively empty spot not too far away from the stage and watched their performance.
Mayday has always been my favourite boyband. Their mere presence simply turned the heat up. I hardly felt the wind until the performance ended, and I'll bet that everyone who was present felt the same.
I'm glad that I went out today.
